Frequent "data n/a": investigation and solution

Published at 19:13. Filed under English version; no comment so far.

A number of users recently mail me and point out the "data n/a" (grey circle instead of valid forecast) appears much more frequent than before. I was quite confuse about this problem at first, but after days of investigation, I think I got the reason: the main reason for data n/a is caused by a network jam-followed bug. The network jam is more and more frequent around these weeks and the reason is uncertain (it used to be fast), the day-time run (00Z) requires more than 6 hours to obtain dataset to t+384, and caused conflict between the 00Z and 06Z run. To solve this problem I have just write a session killer to avoid session conflict, it is expected to take effect since today's 12Z run.

I'll monitor the situation closely in the next couple of days, and will take consideration of better solutions. Again, feel free to mail me if you found any problems or have suggestions. I may not be able to reply very soon (e.g. these days I was preparing for the U.S. visa interview) but I'll reply every message when I got chance.
