新产品推出！

　　很高兴地告诉各位，经过两年的沉寂之后，晴天钟推出了新产品——APanel Extend (APE)，从即日开始公开测试。

　　已经有许多朋友写信反映APanel很难上手。为了解决这一问题，APE致力于提供简洁明了的天气预报。许多APanel的元素被移除或者简化。同时，我加入了降雨预报以便方便日常使用。现在APE可以提供长达8天的预报，预报分辨率也非常高（时空分辨率为3小时/14公里）。

　　请注意APE仍然处于测试阶段，有许多计划中的特性仍然未被加入。由于我后天将出门旅行，因此先放上来让各位尝尝鲜。如果各位有什么意见和建议，欢迎在这里留言或者通过电子邮件与我联系。

New product released plus bug fixes

I am happy to announce that 7Timer releases new product after a 2-year pause. This new product, namely "APanel Extend" (APE), is now available for public testing.

To respond concerns on the difficulties on using APanel, APE is aiming to provide a user-friendly forecast. Many APanel elements are removed or simplified. Rainfall forecast is added to allow daily using. Also, forecast lead time is extended from72-hour to 192-hour.

Meanwhile I carry out fixes of two major bugs of the system. The bugs had caused the transparency and darkness forecast in APanel cannot be display correctly for western hemisphere users, plus some displaying error for users between 0.103W-0.000W. My apologize to all these users for a belated response to these bugs. The fixes should be effective approximately at 16:30 UTC, Jan 3.

Please note that APE is still an alpha version. Some planned designs are not yet implied as I will depart on Jan 5 for travel. Any comments or suggestions will be very welcome (by posting here or emailing me).

I will have a couple of time this spring and should have some time on 7Timer development. Stay tuned for good news!
